He hates these cans !
"He beat on the beer for about a half hour,"
The cops must have been on lunch break?
Couple of videos at the link.

Just out or curiosity, where did this happen?
Did anyone think to call the police?

That area is known for guns, crack and prostitution.
Beer is the least of its problems.

Makes me think of the Bill Maulden cartoon where Willie and
Joe are cursing the Germans for destroying the wine kegs!

Singh is a sikh name - most likely just a nut.

He beat on the beer for about a half hour...Then he got tired and sat down against the wall and waited for the police," Singh said. "He was breathing hard." He must have been very thirsty.

Sounds like it took the cops half an hour to show up.
You have to remember, this is the same Milwaukee PD that found a 14 year old who had escaped from Jeffrey Dahmer, yet they turned the boy back over to Dahmer, laughing about it, thinking that they were gay lovers.
The 14 year old was subsequently killed by Dahmer. The cop was fired , yet rehired and elected head of the Milwaukee Police Association.

If all of what you say is true, it is amazing. Why do citizens sit still for that?

Singh is a sikh name - most likely just a nut. Read again. Singh is the guy who owns the grocery store, not the nut
