KNOXVILLE - A Kingston gun shop that planned to host a bobble-head shooting day based on ex-Tennessee coach Lane Kiffin's abrupt departure last year, has changed up Saturday's fundraiser.
Instead of shooting bobbleheads of Kiffin and his father, University of Southern California defensive coordinator Monte Kiffin, Frontier Firearms on Gallagher Road plans to adopt them out.
"For a $5 donation, bobble-head lovers may take home their very own Monte or Lane Kiffin bobble-head doll to love and nurture as they see fit," . . .

I'm sooooo buying a gun from this guy next time I'm in Knoxville. LOL
I can understand Kiffin jumping at the USC coaching job, it's one of the premiere coaching positions in the country. I can understand USC hiring this expendable upstart with good assistants to stop the bleeding. My guess is he won't make it much past the suspension lift anyway. What I have trouble with is the endless Kiffin-hatred from Tennessee. Tennessee needs to get over this. They can't keep deriding Kiffin at every step as a buffoon, but endlessly hate him for 'betraying' and leaving them. Either he's a crappy smart-mouthed coach that you're rid of, or he's a buffoon and you're glad he's gone...or is it that he's a crappy smart-mouthed buffoon and you wish he was your coach?
Heck, I would pay the 5 bucks just to get a bobble head and put it up as a target on the range. It doesn’t matter who the bobbleheads represent, its just fun trying to hit the moving head at a hundred yards with a pistol.
She was the beat thing Tennessee had going over the last 25 years.
