Good Lord willing. When Gabrielle Giffords is able to recover enough to read, she will have letters from people like Sarah Palin and many other high profile people. She will also get thousands or millions of letters from regular people all over the world.
There will probably be more than Gabrielle can read. But we all need to make sure we ALL send letters and emails. And send letters to all of the victims and their family if we can find a way.
Our prayers are working. Keep praying

From the start I have been praying for a miracle. They first pronounced her dead on the news and then it was like a miracle happened to hear she was still alive. Then they kept using the word ‘grave’ as to her condition but later we heard she was awake, able to recoginize and respond. Again it seemed like a miracle.
I really pray that she makes as full of a recovery as is possible and that your hope for a miracle comes true.
I would love to see her beat this and fully recover. This entire news is so sad. A miraculous recovery by her would lift the spirits of so many people, I think, so much.
My heart and prayers go out to her and all of the victims of this horrific crime.
I hope she fully recovers and is horrified to see how her own democrat peers and the democrat laden MSM have used her pain for political gain.
I have read she supports the second amendment. If so, I hope she denounces the idiotic democrat grab at more gun control, when any thinking person knows that an armed good citizen could have saved many lives and prevented many wounds on Saturday.
She should be appalled that her democrat friends would use this horrendous crime against innocents, to further their socialist goals.
I hope she is so sickened by the behavior of the left, that she has a change of heart about the sanctity of unborn human life, and she becomes a conservative and deserts the democrat party and their evil beliefs.
I'm always amazed how the left uses their own. This reminds
me of when the FDR memorial was being planned and there was
a huge debate about if he should be portrayed as handicapped
or not. All the discussion was about what would be politically beneficial. I never once heard any consideration
given to how he would have wanted it.
Yes, I agree. Back when that statue was an issue in the news, I thought it very disrespectful that lefties wanted to show him in a way that he did not want to be seen when he was alive. But then the left doesn’t care about anyone, from not yet born people to living persons, to the dead.
They are sick sick people. They seem to be missing the part of the soul or brain, where the human conscience should reside.
There was a History Channel show on this weekend that talked about the lengths FDR went to, to hide what polio did to him. He never wanted to be seen in the wheelchair in public.
“How he would want it” is a very slippery precipice. According to his Mom, his wife? Whom?
And what for historical truth? Countless public figures have not wanted the truth to be known-—for one example, J. Edgar Hoover. Thousands of others.
Conservatives have no need to conspire to hide truth.
