It is important to note that Pima County is a border county with Mexico, and is regarded as perhaps the largest “conduit” county of both illegal aliens and drugs across the border. As such, the Pima County Sheriff’s office and its employees are under intense pressure by very wealthy, powerful, and murderous criminals.

So is the Sheriff afraid that his office might come under scrutiny for reasons not related to this assassination attempt? If so, that alone is justification for such scrutiny.

The evening this shooting happened the WH announced they were sending FBI director Mueller out to PERSONALLY oversee the investigation. At that point I KNEW they were going to control the message and make this VERY political.
The Pima Co Sheriff has been over the top with his comments and I think he is merely Mueller’s mouthpiece now.

This Sheriff is actually voicing the vitriol he is ranting about!

They are usually hardcore Atheists also. Loughner’s comments/complaints about receiving a Bible at some Army enlistment center would line him up with the LEFT WING WHACK JOBS. Here is the letter I sent to the ignoramus of a sheriff of Pima County. Glad I am in Maricopa County or I would have to hang my head in shame.

It is better for one to remain silent and be thought a fool than to open ones mouth and remove all doubt.
As a Maricopa County resident, and a native of Arizona, I just wanted to tell you how childish and ridiculous you sound blaming the actions of an evil and sick individual on a political ideology. I am amazed how one of your obvious ignorance level has attained a position of public trust. Even though you are not of my county, I can assure you that I will campaign and support anyone who runs against you in the future. You have humiliated all of the residents of this great state with your mental diarrhea. I think it is terribly presumptuous of you to accuse others of hate by spouting hate yourself.
