As of the time of this writing, the media is a few steps away from accusing one Sarah L. Palin of pulling the trigger in Tucson, Arizona on January 8th that killed a sitting Federal Judge, a child and 4 others, and wounding a dozen others including a sitting member of the U.S. Congress. Many others are all but being accused of coaching the killer into his actions. Let us ask ourselves: Why?
I believe Sarah does pray for the wounded, as do we who pray. God created this nation. I believe this. God will guide Sarah. I believe this too. We, who believe in this nation, are all praying for God's help. I believe Sarah and her family will do the same.
She's the type who would laugh it (and them) off, which explains so much liberal fear and loathing of her. God has blessed them.
I don’t think she is laughing this away. I do however think she and her family are praying for the Congresswoman and all those injured and are very sad at the loss of a young little girl who lost her life because she took an interest in politics. I think Sarah Palin is a good woman with love of God, family and country and is grieving as we all are over thiss senseless act of violence by someone who obviously should have been off the streets a long time ago.
Sarah Palin is a truly good person—I do not think she is laughing about any of this. It is my guess that she has shed many tears for the victims of the shooter; I’m guessing she has prayed for the shooter to get the help he needs for his crippled mind; and I imagine she is pained to hear and see unfolding the pitiful vitriol thrown her way unjustifiably, not for herself, but for those dishing it out and the blackness of their hearts. Most of all, I am guessing that she is really concerned for the state of affairs in “her America.” Anyone suggesting Sarah Palin finds humor in any portion of this is really not aware of who she really is.
I think you’re right.
She is a very gifted person.
Like everyone, she has her faults, but I truly hope that God guides her. If she runs for president, it is because she feels that she must.
It will not be spontaneous, it will not be due to the media or someone coaxing her.
She is the only person, as I see it, who can stand up to this cowardly SOB who runs this country now under the disguise of a God fearing human being.
She can see right through him, and as a woman, she can look him in the eye, like she did Joe Biden, and put him in his place.
I wish she had the economic intelligence of Romney.
Big question is, who runs with her?
The despicable left is pushing the law of unintended consequences.
* Prayers go out for the wounded and the surviving families.
* Yes we still want Obama Care repealed
* Yes goverment should be smaller, and spending should be reduced.
* No, we don't need more guns laws
* Yes, we still want the borders enforced.
* Yes, we still believe in the U.S. Constitution and we should all be governed as such.
* And most importantly, Yeah - we're still going to be in our representatives face about it. Since we're not the threat, we don't care how much security you bring to you town hall meetings. We will NOT be intimidated.
No wishy-washyness in front of a camera or a mic. No need to get defensive. State your position(s) and walk away (and remember, they're gonna look for the nut cases among you to interview) Despite all the propoganda, one of the key items on OUR side is that the government reps KNOW who the threats are. They can attempt to whitewash it all they want, but since the great domestic threat is from their own camp, they have to sleep with them - not us.
As far as we're concerned: No surrender; No retreat - NOT ONE INCH.
Carry on...
P.S. Remember: Some of us have seen this movie before.
Can I respectfully suggest you’re off your trolley?
I’m reminded of Jo Moore, the spin doctor who suggested to the British Government in the wake of 9/11 that, “It is now a very good day to get out anything we want to bury.”
In purely PR terms, she was right. Nothing else dominated the headlines for weeks. But the sheer fact that the politicians were already taking extremely tasteless and cynical advice like that on a routine basis, did them enormous damage.
Are you really suggesting that Sarah Palin should instigate the most tasteless, cynical, self-serving PR gimmick by a politician in the wake of a national tragedy?
I don’t know if you’ve heard of Katie Price (f.k.a. the boob model Jordan) - she’s an utterly, utterly shameless, immoral, self-obsessed, promiscuous media whore, who will exploit any situation she can, and stoop to levels of depravity hitherto thought impossible outside of Aleister Crowley’s drug parties, if it’ll keep her in the gossip columns for a few days.
I’d expect that particular waste of skin to sink to new depths and use such a tragedy as this for her own self-glorification, but then I have a very low opinion of her.
And, for that reason alone, you can count me out because in a million years I wouldn’t ever respect a politician who would stoop to that level.
Sarah Palin - don’t go there.
“they are preaching to the choir, and each other.”
I hope you are right.
