Tampa Bay 9-6 at New Orleans 11-4 1:00 PM [Line: SAINTS BY 8]

If the Saints lose, they are the NFC's #5 seed. If the Saints win and Atlanta wins, they are still the NFC's #5 seed. If the Saints win and Atlanta loses, they win the NFC South and get a playoff bye. If the Saints win and both Atlanta and Chicago lose, they win the NFC South, get a playoff bye, and secure homefield advantage throughout the playoffs. Tampa Bay's only route to the postseason is with a win here and losses by both Green Bay and the Giants.

Chicago 11-4 at Green Bay 9-6 4:15 PM [Line: PACKERS BY 9.5]

The Bears are guaranteed at least the #2 seed in the NFC. They would capture homefield advantage throughout the playoffs with a win here and losses by both Atlanta and New Orleans. The Packers can earn the #6 seed with a win.

Will it be the Rams or the Seahawks who have the honor of getting humiliated in front of their home crowd and a national television audience in the Wild Card Round of the playoffs? Those questions, and many more, will be answered on Sunday night.

Gadzooks, Campers... my Boys went out on a winning note, so I am not completely down. However, I hope like hell that the Packers smack down the Iggles next week.

As to who I want to win the Super Bowl in Jerry World this year... I prefer either the Jets or Chiefs, but I would accept the Colts or even big’s Packer Wackers.

Just please, Lord... don't let it be them no count Iggles or Stoolers!

I look for Brady to wither again facing another 3-4 defense. Everybody is now studying the game versus the lowly Cleveland browns and how the browns totally dismantled the patriots. The game versus the browns reveals all the flaws in the patriots system. As for Brady making the super bowl one must remember that two of those super bowls were won while cheating for which the patriots were penalized. Those super bowls should be marked with an astrix in the record books and they are certainly tainted victories.

I don't know about that, that Cleveland loss was nine weeks ago and none of the Patriot opponents, most of them worthy, have been able to duplicate that game plan.

As for cheating, maybe the Pats cheat in every game, it certainly seems to be working out quite well for them.
