As far as chocolate is concerned, the ONLY chocolate I buy is the Lindt bitter dark chocolate bars, either the 70 or 85% cacao.
Milk chocolate has always nauseated me.
I mostly don’t eat it much (no stores around here have the fancy stuff nor do I have the $ for it) so if I want chocolate enough to take the trouble, I make a chocolate pudding cake. From scratch, the kind you make a thick batter underneath, adn then mix sugar, hot water and cocoa and pour it on the top.
