In re: 100 assaults on the Constitution and COngress but we go after only 2:

I hear there is movement afoot to 1) have hearings to arrive at legislation that would exclude areas from reg. agency consideration (e.g. FCC, FDA, etc.), and 2) for cabinet-level abominations (e.g. EPA, Justice, and especially HHS) -- impeachment of cabinet officials.

Not impeachment of Nobama -- he would get a pass, as did Der Schlickmeister -- but the minions that carry out his edicts. Supposedly that would reign back the cabinet through a chilling effect, which would leave Nobama and the Executive Order as his last resort.

I think only by regaining House, Senate and White House will any real rollback be done, but November 2010 was a helluva nice start. The mainstram media downplayed what a catastrophe was for the Dems, but an historic catastrophe it was. May 2012 be even better..;-))
