Jamaica is lovely this time of year. We've been three times in the last three years, done the all inclusive resorts, and had a wonderful time.

There are some gorgeous golf courses there, too. Jamaica is very affordable as well.

If they don't want to leave the US check out the US Virgin Islands. No passport required but generally more expensive than the Caribbean nations.
