I made eggnog once.
Don’t ever do it. It’s a mess. If you put brandy in it, it gets weird in the fridge as leftovers.
That was a horrid period of furious cooking that I hope never to repeat.
I add the booze as I’m pouring individual glasses. I don’t store the stuff with the likker in it.
