In a tearful YouTube video, the mother of a 13-year-old boy from Tehachapi who committed suicide after enduring harassment for being gay called upon schools to stop anti-gay bullying.

AMEN!! It’s a PERVERSION of God’s Law.....mother’s especially are sooooooo supportive......why I have NO idea. Homosexuals need our help and prayers.
Honest opinion here: Nobody could convince me there’s such a thing as anybody even KNOWING they were homosexual at age 13. This is another case of some sort of brainwashing going on in our public schools.
I am so very sorry for her loss. But the “bullying” probably had very little to do with it.
Gay/not gay is NOT the problem.
Bullying IS a serious problem. And something needs to be done about THAT.
That’s what I think. Gender confusion at 13, yes quite possibly, esp if there is no dad in the house. Gay at 13? Not possible. I agree, the brainwashing is crammed down their throats. I have students who come to me, can barely sleep at night because of Global Warming. Or the Earth is self-destructing. They are quite frightened. I always speak logic and common sense into it, but egad.
Let us counter this with a new campaign to Stop the Useless from Committing Suicide, or SUCS.
The trouble is bullying generally. Bullies pick on those who are different and, the bullies believe, won’t fight back. Even if the would-be victim cannot help being “different” in the bullies’ eyes, he can fight back.
Another way of putting it is this: Even if the bullying based on gayness per se were stopped, most bullies still would pick on a wimpy, reedy kid (which includes a lot of kids who are not gay!!).
“Gay/not gay is NOT the problem.”
Keith I will give you that! The reason kids are out of control is for many reasons. 1. we took prayer out of school and 2 we took the “board of education” out of the school.
However with that said the queer agenda is trying to prop this chick up to force kids to accept them.
Precisely. Bullies will find something to tease about. Were the boy not homosexual, it would have been his clothes, or nose, or accent, or the way he runs, or whatever.
You’re right. There have always been bullies, but today it’s taken to the extreme. Kids are conditioned to take pleasure in the pain and suffering of others. Take a look at what they show on TV, and what they consider humorous.
Excuse me? When I was that age, the idea of sex, period, was loathsome! And I am female. 6th grade boys are generally prepubescent. I don't see how he could "know" he was gay at that age.
And yes, gay/not gay is part of the problem, because the mother identified that point (6th grade, when he "came out") as when the bullying started.
How in the heck can a kid KNOW their orientation at 13?
He was encouraged to be gay by his loving “mother” and the queer agenda-backers.
Why not? I'm straight and, at least by the time I was 12, I knew I was sexually interested in girls. I don't understand why the same wouldn't be true for homosexuals.
Agreed. That doesn’t seem right. Too early for a child to be dealing with such complex thoughts. Unless he was being coached.
First thing that I’d ask is if the child was being or had been abused. It is a possibility.
munchausen (sp?) by proxie syndrome?
she has a son in need of help, and she is going to protect him.
this is like the book “sissy boy syndrome” where mothers reinforce abnormal behavior.
Why do they insist on calling themselves “gay”? Most are patently unhappy and think that their unhappiness is caused because there are many people who believe what they do is against God’s law.
If a person is going to adopt the queer lifestyle, then they have to expect to be ridiculed, mocked, and treated like an aberration. That’s why they’re called queers.
Is an example of what’s going on in schools toady - a kid brags on Facebook he’s going to do harm to another kid, does it - and only gets a 3 day suspension. If similar activity took place in a workplace, the assailant would be IN JAIL. Schools have zero tolerance for stupid things, but when it comes to VIOLENCE, it’s no big deal.
