I used to work as a maintenance mechanic in a large nursing home/retirement center complex. Some guy about once a month would show up in the lobby wearing Tennis shoes and a diaper wanting to check himself in. Come to find out it’s how the clown got his kicks.. At some point he hitched a ride out of state and tried the stunt.. Police got called and he got shall we say exposed LOL...

I read the article and it appears that the “father” put the “child” in a taxi and sent him over to their house to be cared for over there. They (the women caregivers) never met the “father” in person, only spoke to him on the phone. The “child” then did arrive by taxi, wearing dirty clothing, a soiled diaper, with a diaper bag that had diapers, baby formula, pacifier and $40. on him.
