Mackie said it was able to replicate the distinct flavor of haggis, which is described as "nutty," on chips along with a shot of pepper. No, people who claim to like haggis are described as "nutty." Haggis is one of those "Who decided this was edible?" foods.

The local Wal-Mart was clearing out potato chips which were steak flavored. Sure enough, they tasted a lot like a steak and potato and it was pretty good.
The problem was they left an awful aftertaste in my mouth and I kept burping that taste. I guess that is why they were clearing them out.

Mmmm.....haggis! Yeah not too bad flavor wise, the texture though is what takes a bit to get use too - moist then it sucks the moisture from your mouth. (then repeat)
