That’s just the .30cal stuff. I have .45, 30-30 and ‘06 as well.
If you have a membership shooting range or hunt club near ytou, there are doubtless reloaders who can do your reloading if you save your brass. I get specialty .45 and 9mm rounds this way. I give my 30 cal brass away as part of the exchange payment.
My understanding is that people can’t reload for others. It’s a legal thing. I have my rifles sited in and every six months or so I go to the range and make sure they’re still good. Ammo being expensive and all I don’t shoot a lot.
Agreed, but also for me I have a recurring problem with tresspassers who cut my fences in spite of the property being posted and fenced with locked gates. Sometimes their dogs get their feet caught and sometimes maybe it’s for a quick exit.
It helps to level the playing field.
I think the law only addresses that in terms of acceptin formal payment for reloads.
At least that is my understanding.
I have a neighbor who does reloads. The only time he gave me some of his reloads is when I traded store ammo that I had no need for.
My condelences to you on your future loss. ( wipes away a fake tear)
I would not store any reasonable amount of gasoline in my garage. (If you are a homeowner, your insurance policy or even your mortgage deed may forbid storage on the property, but that is between you and your conscience ;). Keep it in the shed away from the house.
Ethanol free will do better, keep longer, and give you more miles per gallon. Rotate stock.
Store in place - i.e. keep the tank above half full when not on a journey.
Just some ideas.
