YANCEY’S FARM BLUEBERRY OATMEAL COOKIES
1/2 C margarine
1 C packed dark brown sugar
3/4 C sugar
2 eggs
2 1/4 C all purpose flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 C oatmeal
1 C walnuts
1 C fresh or frozen blueberries
Preheat oven to 400 F
Cream butter until fluffy; stir in sugars; beat in eggs.
Stir in remaining ingredients, folding in the blueberries last. Drop by heaping teaspoon onto a greased cookie sheet.
Bake 10 to 20 minutes or until cookies are lightly browned.
Makes about 3 dozen.
