animal crackers.

I’m really glad someone has finally done this.
I can’t tell you how tired I am of being attacked every time I open the fridge.
And on top of that, I have to continually watch out for the fruit juice trying to take advantage of te condiments.

I really don’t think that once the cow’s been sent to slaughter that there’s any question about the nature of the milk. What does the farmer do when the cows get too old to milk?

This article makes me want to bite the heads off of animal crackers.
The target audience for this article must be silly city people who do not understand that the only reason a cow produces milk is because she was bred and delivered a calf. Those calves don't stay with their mothers.

I never knew that I was doing violence to cows by milking them using a machine. They seemed to not mind and about half would congregate at the Milk House entrance waiting to get milked.
Just call the SPCA and take me away.

Vrindavana Sevika Devi Dasi said milk from the cows, known as ahimsa milk, was much creamier and sweeter than normal milk because of the treatment of the herd. Pardon me but that's bull $#!*. "Creamier and sweeter" has more to do with the genetics of the cow (and what they are fed) then anything you do in the barn. That's why you don't find Angus cows in a dairy barn, nor do you order up a "Holstein steak".

GtG

Workers on New Govardhana farm in Queensland do not use dogs to round up cattle, machines for milking or send cows to slaughter. Must have some different kind of dairy cows in Australia. In New England, you don't need to herd dairy cows with dogs, they return to the milking shed on their own like clockwork. Those cows know the routine.
