According to a Boston-based radio host today, Romney made a
calculated political decision to appease the left-wing nutcases
when he signed "RomneyCare" as Governor of MA.

If you want to help sink him, track down the signing ceremony
with the smiling Romney, The Swimming Kennedy, and some
state pols that are now either convicted felons or currently
under Federal indictment.

He knew what was going to happen with such legislation in the
hands of nutcases.

It would be more understandable, and more negative to a larger number of people if you referred to him like this:

Mitt Romney is a RINO-PROGRESSIVE.

A RINO can be easily explained as a Republican In Name Only - basically a democrat with an R behind his/her name. Romeny’s history is very liberal just like the democrats.

A PROGRESSIVE is the new name for socialists like 0bama, Reid and Pelosi and Barney Frank. It’s a name the socialists chose for themselves because they know that failed socialism is not good even though they keep trying to impose it on America. Romney’s socialist RomneyCare medical program is just like the socialist 0bamacare.
