TSA and Legal Molestation by the Government
11/18/2010 | MsLady

This is total insanity. I've had breast cancer, there is no way I'm going through one of those machines. I've been molested as a child. There is no way I'm going to allow someone to molest me again, include a government agency. Do they have any idea of the physiological implications of what they are doing?

My hubby says, well then don't fly. He has a point. I'd hate to do this to my elderly mother, God forbid she get sick and want me home quickly, it takes 21 hours to drive home. But, I can not bring myself to allow someone to do this to me or my family.

Wrong! American are not fools

Most Americans are fools or we would not be living in a Nation that is similar to any communists nation on the earth. We have ignored our responsibility to elect Constitutional representatives and have damn near turned into a police state now. Freedom is rare.

Ever so slowly pushing us into a socialist country using fear and suppose if this happens or that happens. Have we turned into a nation of lemmings, cattle, sheep?

I will not fly. If I can’t drive there, I won’t go. I haven’t flown since September 2001, to my father’s funeral.

My husband says people should eat lots of beans before they go through the line. Or maybe take lots of Viagra....

But at least we have a choice of not flying. If they start patting people down at the DMV, we are really up against it, because it is very hard to get along without a driver’s license.

It started out “slowly” but it’s picked up a lot of speed lately.

We will accept this and it will get a lot worse or we won’t accept it. It’s that simple.

Anybody thinking about calling a random airline to ask about flights/ticket prices (even if you aren’t planning on flying anytime soon) and asking whether you will need to be molested or irradiated to fly once you buy a ticket?

Asking for a guarantee as a condition of buying such ticket might further the point along that commerce is dependent on quality of travel.

Not only are they pouring over our borders with little to stop them, but once here, it’s considered an assault to their “dignity” to ask them for their country of origin if stopped for other crimes. MsLady, I just don’t recognize my country any more.

I’m in the process of demanding a refund from Continental for a non-refundable credit I got last month. I will send the 30 day demand letter to their service accepter. If they refuse I’m going to small claims court.

This policy was not in effect at the time I purchased the ticket. So I can fly and surrender my 4th amendment rights. Or I can forfeit the money. By not flying and forfeiting the money means I’ve had to purchase my rights from Continental Airlines. I’ll let everyone know what happens.

Me either. It’s gotta be stopped or in months to years we won’t have anymore freedom. We barely do now. It would appear to me the only freedom we have, is what the government is allowing us to have. By what’s happening with the TSA, it would appear our government can do anything it darn well pleases, at whatever time it pleases.

Excellent.....(as long as you are willing to lose your money). This is going to take a lot of folks in various ways, excercising their freedoms, and pushing the system. They (TSA) have already caved saying 12 year olds and younger should be touched less invasively (13 year olds are just fine!); TSA is blustering hoping they don’t get too much more pressure, and hoping the acceptance phase kicks in.

I think the outrage will grow. Can you imagine doing this to a learning disabled child. I have one. She's 31, mentally she's about 6 and tactically defensive. Even cooperating with this machine would send her into a tizzy. Anything foreign or different is at times, to much for her to handle. The more I think about it, the angrier I get.

What about the TSA agents? Isn't this like looking at soft porn all day long. That can't be mentally good for anyone. And there has to be more then one sicko among them.

Someone asked earlier what happens to the woman who is bodily searched while wearing a sanitary napkin, because they are having their period? Will she be forced to remove it and have it scanned for explosives?

Then don't expose her to this kind of "junk" right now. The outrage will and should grow. This is not for our benefit that these invasive procedures are being done right now....it's to cover the DHS and TSA's behinds.

Hey, there is no way I would take my daughter on an airplane right now. I wouldn’t subject myself to that either.
