They’re all pretty good. Buy a lower receiver and parts then assemble the lower yourself. Save money by buying off brand parts. Then splurge on the upper already assembled.

Whole heartily in agreement ping.
Keep in mind that a striped lower receiver is considered a Gun because it has the serial number, but since it is still supposed to be a free country, individuals can still buy and sell personal property without the government looking over your shoulder.
