CA-11 Race In Doubt
e-mail-Harmer campaign ^ | 11-04-10 | David Harmer

Posted on 11/04/2010 3:23:39 PM PDT by tanuki

I just received this from the David Harmer (CA-11) campaign. He's running against Jerry McNerney. If you can help, please do.

Limbo. That's where we find ourselves.

As the votes were counted last night, we quickly jumped to a 3% lead and held it for most of the evening. As the number of precincts reporting increased, our lead gradually decreased, but we maintained it all through the night. As of 4:09 a.m. Pacific time, with 99% of the precincts reporting, we led by 23 votes (Harmer 81,762; McNerney 81,739).

Then, in the "preliminary final count," the incumbent suddenly jumped ahead (McNerney 82,124; Harmer 82,003).

If that sounds suspicious, it is. We have reason for serious concern about the integrity of the count and the security of the ballots in some areas. And many absentee and provisional ballots remain to be counted.

We insist that every legally-cast ballot be accurately and properly counted. Getting that done is going to be a battle. We may not know the result for days.

We urgently need additional observers to monitor the counting. If you can volunteer, call or come in to headquarters immediately.

Meanwhile ... you have no idea how much I hate to say this, but the campaign didn't end when the polls closed last night, and our hard-working staff needs to stay on the job. We've exhausted the campaign treasury. Now we need to replenish it. If you can contribute, please do.

We'll keep you posted.

Yours truly,

David Harmer

Not that I don't feel for you, but to me Kalifornia is dead.

I wish Harmer the best of luck, but I don’t hold out much hope knowing our Secretary of State is a Soros plant.

Challenge all absentee ballots based on signature. It will turn in to a throw out the ballot battle but the one that throws out the most will win.

Absentee ballots are the simplest way to commit voter fraud in CA....

Challenge provisional ballots, they are normally not completed properly...they can be thrown out..

Been there done all of this for several candidates in CA....

Get the lawyers ready and do not back down for anything...

Just once I’d like to see the “hey, we just ‘found’ these ballots” be for someone other than the demscum. ONCE! Or for some demscum who is clearly stealing an election to pay a price for it. ANY price.

This fight is going to cost a fortune. Lawyers are coming in and they don't come cheap, especially in CA. The campaign will need $$$ to fight this. You can send a check to
Friends of David Harmer,
6920 Koll Center Parkway, Suite 219
Pleasanton, 94566

or online at

http://www.harmerforcongress.com

If you want to volunteer to “observe” the count in San Jose, Oakland, Stockton, or Martinez, call 925-415-1178 to schedule a shift. Be patient and leave a message. The office is being swamped with calls. Leave a message when and where you can work. Leave a message. Be patient.

The count is so close. We need calm, professional people to observe the count. We are not there to protest. We are there to “observe”. If you can help, please call the office. This may take several weeks.

Supporters in Harmer's district successfully overturned two elections recently. The SEIU and NEA are in what they know is a fight for survival as they have destroyed California's business. I won't put the names on FR, but they just conducted a training to detect vote fraud in San Ramon. There is no verifiable audit trail, but the use of paper ballots has made cheating a bit more complicated. It is no accident that close races always go to the left. The end justifies the means. But for Harmer to be close, he may well have won by significant. We got a whiff when hundreds of residents of retirement homes discovered they had voted absentee in the race for Sec of State. Harmer's people know many of the tricks and Harmer seems inclined to fight.

He may want to wait until California declares bankruptcy, as Governor Moonbeam oversaw when the Oakland School District descended into receivership while he was mayor of Oakland. No telling what the courts will do with the state legislature, but goodness knows they won't have the wealth of nearly as many corporations or wealthy individuals to redistribute. Cisco and Google and Tesla will not have more Tarp money to waste on programs the Utopian left intended to force down our throats.

Thanks for the info. It sheds more light on this late bizarreness. I hope Harmer does fight.

Sure will in future. For now, hope this helps: CA-11 House Election, David Harmer (R), Jerry McNerney (D). Currently in run-off.

In an election that close the Democrat wins. Period. Republicans do not have spare votes stashed in closets and desk drawers Democrats always do. In fact they have vote manufacturing machines in those places that produce just so many as are needed.

That is probably how Harry Reid won. He called the union thugs in at the last minute and pulled it out in a close race.
