Oh, the language is rich.
Dems take California, but Republicans steal the house.
And Obama says that his party was battered, as if Republicans ran up and punched their challengers in the faceassault and battery.
We won our gains fair and square!

Brown and Boxer Take California as Republicans Steal House "Take" vs. "Steal."

Brown and Boxer Take California as Republicans Steal HouseCody didn't get the memo.
We no longer talk about Republicans 'having temper tantrums' or 'stealing' elections.
We now simply ignore reality outright. An example headline:
"Republicans Dealt Crushing Blow, Burdened With Many New House Seats."

Prop. 23, the controversial global warming law suspension initiative, was shot down by over 60% of voters from both major parties. Most say they saw it as a ploy for big oil companies to keep their profits up in the recent green buzz. Yeah! No oil companies would profit from the taxation of carbon emissions, right?
Sounds like a lot of marijuana smokers also voted......

The Senate, though, kept their Democratic stronghold, but only by a few seats. Their current 51 to 46 lead will perhaps balance the Republican majority in congress, some sayThe Senate is not part of the Congress? Huh?
