What a moment!
George Bush 41 and George Bush 43 entered the stadium together tonight to throw out the first ball at the World Series.
THE CROWD ROARED. Then GW threw a strike to homeplate catcher Nolan Ryan to start off game 4.
What a wonderful moment.
Watch the video here!

Not sure if anyone else knows what Im talking about,...
I know exactly what you are talking about. When Buck announced "the 43rd President of the United States.." that's when my screen went blurry.
For me 'that feeling' can be equated with returning home after being gone for a long time. Or returning to the U.S. after being away. Or seeing someone you love after a long separation. At least, that's the way it feels to me. familiarity, comfort etc.
Well put. Seeing that video had a transporting effect, like I wasn’t here in 2010 Obamaland anymore, but back in America. (I’m only speaking of my mindset at the moment, Obama hasn’t destroyed the country, hard as he might try.)
We need these reminders, so we don’t think it was just our nostalgic imagination. We can have those times again, and better, if we work hard enough.
I think Poppy Bush’s days of jumping out of airplanes may be over. But heck, I hope I look that good when I’m 86!
You couldn’t hear a single boo from the stands, either. God bless Texas for that. If the Bushes had tried that at Candlestick-up-the-Bum Park, there’d probably be a riot. Is it sad that I can’t bring myself to pull for the Giants, simply because they’re in a city that’s as liberal, kooky, and depraved as San Cramcrisco?

America yearns for a president that doesn’t loathe America.
