Mountaineering glasses. I have a pair. So did Sir Edmund in the 50’s. Not to strange.

His lips appear to have been whitened with salve against high-altitude sun. Those are mountaineering glasses. Sweater is an M (Michigan?) The sunlight appears similar to that on other’s cheeks. He ssems to be looking a different angle than most people, almost slightly down. Five o’clock shadow. Not sure I would claim he’s wearing a hoody. What is he holding in his hands? Camera?
I’ve seen photos from golf tournaments in the 40’s where almost every fan is wearing sunglasses, so I’m not sure it’s totally significant here. Could he have been photo-shopped? His hair style is highly reminiscent of a 40’s cut. Could have just been some college boy who was a loner, oddball, 40’s hippie? Very interesting.

Regarding the Gold Bridge sunglasses dude - nothing unusual about the guy. The collar of his jacket is casting a shadow that appears to be a hoodie but it isn't a hoodie. What looks like a modern day t-shirt is a football/hockey/college sport uniform shirt. Below is a very similar shirt from about 1938-40 worn by Tom Harmon, Michigan's first Heisman winner.

Or here's another little cutie:
