That’s OK...
Indiana has plenty of empty plants that can handle businesses fleeing Maryland.

Blog: Greening the Government – Hara Goes Back to the White House

by Michel Gelobter, Chief Green Officer, Hara

October 15: Last week, my colleague Joel Riciputi and I were honored to attend the White House for the GreenGov Presidential Awards – a terrific celebration of the many ways the Federal government is leading the way on clean energy and conservation.

I’ve written here before about the importance of Executive Order 13514, in which President Obama is pushing our government to cut greenhouse gas emissions by more than 20%, to design and build nothing but zero-energy buildings by 2030, and to think across its entire supply chain about how to promote and to embody sustainability.

Snip from the site:

Under Governor Martin O’Malley’s “EmPOWER Maryland” initiative, the State of Maryland will reduce energy consumption by 15 percent by the year 2015. To help achieve this goal, the Maryland Energy Administration encourages residents to adopt the combination of energy savings measures that are most appropriate for their home. In many cases, these measures do not require a large financial investment.

Enother good reason to vote OweMalley out!

Maybe we can just reverse executive order that thing.

has concluded that our State would see significant economic and environmental benefits from taking early, immediate actions to reduce global warming pollution.

Uh, ok. So they might "benefit" from these actions if...

(1) Man-made global warming was real and not a hoax, and
(2) If the state of Maryland with encased by a gigantic dome that locked in all gases.

If both of the above are untrue, then this CO2 exchange is pure insanity.

Meanwhile the Republican running for governor, down 10 points, doesn’t decide to make this an issue.

This state sucks.

Maryland has 3,000 miles of shoreline? Perhaps if you count every little nook and cranny - but a pretty stupid statement in realistic terms, IMO.

Jim Rutledge urging supporters to Vote for Bob Ehrlich in Maryland on November 2nd. Redistricting will be affected by who is Governor. To ensure Republicans have a seat at the table we need to elect Bob Ehrlich.

“Scientists worldwide agree that early carbon reductions of at least 25 percent are necessary to avoid the worst impacts of climate change.
“ - article

No they don’t.

Man-made global warming is barely an hypothesis. It is far from reaching the status of scientific law. Did the author just choose to ignor the resignation of a senior scientist over this matter just last week?
