Even a boost from Michelle Obama hasn't helped ease New York designer Tracy Feith's financial woes.

Fashionista ping.
Isn’t that the truth? Who else would want to wear those clothes?
FReepmail GOP_Lady if you want on or off this ping list
Can you imagine the fashion possibilities if Palin becomes POTUS?
She’s got the shape to wear anything and even though the fashion peeps are probably libs they’ll be falling over themselves to dress her.
I’m not a fashion plate by ANY stretch of the imagination, but on my worst days, I look better dressed that she does.

I thought MO was a boost in the BILLIONS to the fashion world. That’s what I ead in the MSM.

O and the dims will bail her out.
I bet that there are designers secretly planning for the Palin Presidency. There are probably sketch portfolios with Sarah in mind in a safe in some designer’s office at this moment. She will be a joy to see representing our country in her tasteful classic style. None of those hideous boob belts or ‘daughter-sized’ sweaters.
Well, if the way Michelle dresses is any indication of the designer’s abilities, it’s no wonder she’s having financial problems.
Michelle *really* needs to spend quality time with Stacy and Clinton. I’m sure they’d be thrilled to feature her on their show.
RE: “If she’s such a boon to the fashion world, how come her designers keep closing their shops?”

That was my question when I saw this headline. How many ‘designers’ will go out of business while she is showing off their creations? Hmmm???
No amount of propping up by the media will convince most people that Moochelle represents the epitome of fine style.
Here’s a little story that is entirely emblematic of the impact Moochelle has on the fashion designers whose clothes she dons.
When I was a kid, my dad was the minister in the little town of Hancock, Maryland, for a year. When we first got there, he bought a Pontiac station wagon from the local dealer because the salesman was a church member.
Dad was a frighteningly bad driver. Sped. Backed into some things, side-swiped others. Never, ever had his cars serviced. So, at the end of about 10 months, the Pontiac was shambles. Ran as bad as it looked.
When word got out that he was in the market for a new car, the church member salesman came calling. “Rev,” he said, “you know I respect you, and I wouldn’t insult you for the world. But, would mind terribly buying your new car from someone else? People think I sold you a lemon, and it’s just about destroyed my reputation.”
Clearly, Moochelle Obama is to designer fashions what the very Reverend Clews was to car dealerships.
I’m always out of style. I don’t own a single boob belt.
Tracy Feith’s designs look hideous on the Clothes Horse. Who in their right mind wants to emulate that? Good riddance to no talent.
“Bottom” line: Noone - not even the most slavish of sycophants - wants to look like Michelle Obama. Any designer dumb enough to plant his or her label on this floozy FLOTUS deserves not only scorn and ridicule, but a one-way ticket to the poorhouse.
Looks like some (most? all?) of these folks are grossly irresponsible scam artist fellow travelers anyway, as they tend to build up piles of debt and then drop off the face of the earth.
