As you stated, "some women get in financial trouble and ...yell sexual harassment", but that means, by your very words, MOST, if not almost all, don't! So why are you assuming this woman is at fault? BOR knew he was at fault, hence the confidentiality clause. BOR's lawyers thought she wasn't at fault. Fox News thought she wasn't at fault.
Why are you defending BOR, who quite obviously initiated this behavior?
