I understand what you mean. I used to have shots every month for insect allergies. But now, I’ve learned to give myself the shots for B12. The difference is amazing!

Oh! It should also be brought out that B12 is water-soluble. This means that what you don’t use, you eliminate. There appears to be no toxic amount. You can take as much as you need without worry of overdose.

Back in Texas I did allergy shots weekly. Hated it. Would have to roll my arm into a doorway or walk for the fat part (I only weighed a little over 100 back then) and then inject it. Sometimes I’d mess up and usually on about the third try I’d throw it in the garbage. We moved about 15 years ago and my allergies are 95% improved so no more shots. :)

I’ll have to check into the shots and see, they aren’t so bad, I’m just not a big fan and avoid them but IF they work better, I’m open to that.
