Drudge has some recent vid of this phenom over Texas and NY.
I trust no vid today.
I did however see something in 1980, with four others that defies my ability to explain.
It was close enough to hit with a thrown stone, and it was nothing like anything we had ever seen or conceived of.

Name this UFOThis is a Mark-34 Zergon Light Battle Cruiser.
You can tell because of the triangular exhaust ports. While this is a lightweight Zergon military cruiser, it still can pack a wallop with its Medium Neutrino Emitter, its twin 45000 Megajoule Laser cannons, and it can defend its own with the 1 millimeter Neutron-matter hull and the Crytor Industries "Turkal" MultiLock Damper Field generator.
I'd say, stay away from it.

“Three lights suspended from a balloon behind the tree.”
I agree... It is not from another world.
Reminds me of the guy in Phoenix that tied railroad flares to
about five balloons and released them a few minuets apart.
I am sure the FReeper UFO department will report in at any moment and tell us what galaxy they came from.

I shall also add, that though I was carrying at the time, I and another armed individual... involuntarily pissed.
No joke, just a scary thing.

Weird race, those Zergons.

Wait a minute. Are you sure it isn't the 2356 Zergon heavy destroyer. They are often mistaken due to the triangular exhaust ports. But the 2356 does not have slip differential in both front and rear.
Let's bring in an expert witness....

It all began 75 million years ago with a galactic federation of planets ruled by the evil Lord Xenu, Fearing overcrowding, Xenu rounded up countless aliens from all those planets and had those aliens frozen. The frozen alien bodies were loaded onto Xenu's galactic cruisers, which looked like DC-8s, except with rocket engines. They were sent to earth and dumped into the volcanoes of Hawaii and other volcanoes. They were no longer frozen. They were dead. "The souls of the aliens floated toward the sky," the president continued, explaining that Xenu had built giant "soul catchers" to collect them all and unload them into a brainwashing facility he had built on earth. "The souls were forced to watch days of brainwashing material that tricked them into believing a false reality," the president revealed. "Xenu then released the alien souls that roamed the earth aimlessly in a fog of confusion. At the dawn of man the aliens found bodies they could grab onto. They attached themselves to all mankind, which still to this day causes all our fears, confusions and problems."

Hmmmm. Quix may not agree.
I will wait for his opinion.
I understand that he is the head ufologist for FR.
I bet he will say it is merely a Mark-15, lost from
the ZARgon fleet.
See, I knew that you do not know beans.
You can not even spell ZARGON :P

Typical of aliens from Alpha Centuri. They sneak in at night so they won’t be seen and then turn on some flashing lights. I bet they were trying to pull over an F-16 and give him a ticket for going too slow.

the ZARgon fleet. See, I knew that you do not know beans. You can not even spell ZARGON :PCorrection: There is no human pronunciation for the first vowel in Ze/argon. (The vowel is a cross between a lion's roar and a teapot whistling).... therefore, according to the Unabridged Galactica Encyclopedia (Terra edition), 'e' OR 'a' is permissable for the spelling of Zergon*.
