I can also see an exploitation of a minor charge here.
Sounds fishy to me too. Plus, TV shows have a big legal department and it's hard to believe they would do sommething as stupid as that.
The show was on in 2009
its almost 2011
where she been?
Sounds like a set up. At least on the mother’s part. I don’t think Tyra is a fool. So we will see.
Oh, please - be fair. Both of her viewers knew.
The mother went to the police and reported her daughter missing.
“Every person evolved can be prosecuted.
Except a democrat prosecutor and other high profile democrats.”
Surely, you are not implying democrats are highly evolved beings?
;-)
This is a case where we can only hope that everyone loses, a lot.
Id sue! and ask for 3 million, it will probably settle and 1.5.
I recently worked with the production team for a cable show that airs every week to millions of people. The shooting was complete and the episode two days from airing when I got a frantic “oh can you sign a pile of location and appearance releases” call.
The production houses run very fast and loose and leave a lot of legal running to junior staffers who often work on multiple productions.
This story is 100% plausible - the logistics people and show runners having no idea that the legal ball was dropped. Several teams in several locations all hired in on short term basis to run off episodes as fast and cheaply as possible.
Perhaps “Mom” should concentrate her efforts and energies on the fact that her 15 year old daughter is a “sex” addict. Just a thought.
She was still a virgin I bet, responded to an ad and thought it would be great getting on TV. Teenagers are not exactly the brightest bulbs in the pack when it comes to thinking things through.
Ok. Thanks. Man, was I lazy this morning.
