Maybe our different cultures can find common ground after all. For instance, if I bought my wife a puppy, that would be fine. But if I got another wife, she would have me killed.

Under Islam, a wife might get her husband another wife, but if she buys him a puppy, she will be stoned to death.

So you see, we're really not that different after all.
