This seems very weird. Instead of providing the court with documented proof of natural born citizenship, the US Attys (who are working directly for the AG, who works directly for the President) are arguing that it can’t be proven. The only way it can’t be proven is if there is no birth certificate, basically.
Mine said the same thing - and he said there is no way the media would let a politician lie about such a thing.
I don’t think there’s even anybody running against him in this election. Maybe I’ll have to write in somebody’s name ‘cause there’s no way I’ll ever vote for anybody that stupid.

I think Stanley Ann Dunham is his mother but maybe Barak Hussein Obama Sr. is not his father. He only changed his name after he grew up. His name is actually Barry Soetoro. I bet the birth certificate lists muslim as his religion and the Soetoro guy as his father. Indonesia is 97% muslim. What are the chances he is not a muslim? Slim to none. Didn’t Michelle once state that his stepfather adopted him? That right there would make him a non U.S. citizen. Heck, that comminist guy who mentored him could be his father.
Obama resembles these two the most: “Grandpa” Dunham and Malcolm X. Malcolm X became disillusioned with NOI because he learned that Elijah Muhammed had fathered a number of children by teenage girls (his secretaries). Perhaps his righteous indignation wasn’t so righteous?

I know pretty much all the “history” on him that’s available. He didn’t start out as Soetoro though. Stanley didn’t meet Soetoro until little Barry was several years old. No BC lists religion that I know of.

Is this an admission to the entire world, dignitaries of all nations, that Obama can not or will not prove his eligibility for the office of president of the USA and the court system of the United States of America is protecting the apparent corruption of the administration in question and not the interests of the people of the nation or the nation's judicial integrity and disregard for the Constitution of the United States.

Yes, the great mystery of the century, and rivals the question: Who killed JFK? Who is Obama’s father and where was he born? He is the spitting image of Malcolm X and his mother was a groupie in Seattle that hung out with communists and blacks about the same time Malcolm X made a trip to Seattle to give a speech. Just saying.......but still, it makes no sense, as Obama would then be an official American citizen and would actually be proud of her parentage. So, the mystery continues. The truth will out after his fall from grace.
