Wow ... That video is impressive ... Our home on Earth is moving around a whole lot more, and relatively far faster, than most people realize.

It’s sped up many times but with a mass as great as the Earth’s crust, it has to cause differential inertial shifts between structures during periods where precession is speeding up or slowing down. These periods should be predictable as regardless of path, the time of precession is always the same so that if the path gets extended, the speed of the precession of a spinning object, from a simple top to the Earth, has to increase to keep its appointed time.
