“Do Ribs posses stem cells?”
Depends on how you cook them. I like the Sweet baby Ray’s honey Barbecue Sauce and slow cook the baby backs for a long time.
Personally, I put my ribs on a rack over about 2" of beer in a roasting pan, cover them, and beer-steam them in the oven at about 225-250 degrees for two or three hours. Then I put them on the grill with some smoking hickory chips and finish them with Jack Daniels Old No. 7 BBQ sauce. It's time-consuming, but they're sweet, tangy, smoky, and the meat falls off the bone.
