(NECN: Washington) - A press conference was held this afternoon at the National Press Club in Washington, where at least a dozen former U.S. Air Force personnel, mostly officers who worked on secret projects connected to sensitive nuclear weapons sites, are admitting that they were privy to UFO and alien-related incidents -- that occurred during their time of service.

In this clip, you will hear from: Retired Air Force Captain Robert Salas, Former Air Force Lieutenant Colonel Dwayne Arneson and Former Air Force Official Bill Jameson

Even there, I don’t believe Scripture expressly limits God’s created beings to angels and humans.

I started reading Charlesworth's Pseudepigrapha last week (it opens with a translation of Enoch I).

It was interesting to note that Enoch is told (by an Archangel) that even "The Watchers" were pretty much in the dark as to all the activities of God (i.e. when they "fell" and shared secrets with their human wives, Enoch said while they--the Watchers--shared what they knew, they really weren't privy to that much).

If God keeps even angels in the dark, you can imagine how little mankind knows of all that God has done and is doing.

By the way, here's what the R.H. Charles translation of Enoch says about the knowledge of the Watchers...
And now as to the watchers who have sent thee [Enoch] to intercede for them, who had been aforetime in heaven, (say to them [The Watchers]): "You have been in heaven, but all the mysteries had not yet been revealed to you, and you knew worthless ones, and these in the hardness of your hearts you have made known to the women, and through these mysteries women and men work much evil on earth."

Someone thought a bird.

Haven’t triggered any expert analysis at ATS yet.

I greatly agree.

Somehow, my order was messed up—probably by my misunderstanding—but Vol 1 is on the way now. I have started Joseph Lumpkin’s version. Very fascinating.

That’s no doubt the reality, imho.

Thx.

My local library found vol 1 and 2 at a Georgia Southern Univ and had them shipped in. Very impressive scholarship by Charlesworth.

I have also been reading Charlesworth's Jesus and the Dead Sea Scrolls. I recommend it highly!

Yes, a bird--even insects--near the camera would cause such an image by reflecting the flash.

I have seen it many times.

This photo is a bird or bat flying in front of the camera at the exact moment it took a picture

The darkness made the camera require a long exposure time.

Then a bird flew in front of the camera at the exact same time the flash went off- so it is over-saturated with light

This is the source of the ‘orbs’ and ‘rods’ people see in night time photos.

That makes sense, thanks, but after a year or so of checking numerous cameras (we have 6) it seems odd that it never happened before.

yeah, its probably pretty rare for a bird to fly infront of a lens just as the photo is taken, but you can see it now, can’t you?

Yeah I can see that but birds roost at night, mostly, maybe a bat. We have another picture, same camera same shot, with a tubular light in the same spot. Just as bright just a different shape. We are leaving on a trip today I’ll look for it when we come back next week.

Picture of game camera when it is snowing. Notice how large the snowflakes near the camera appear to be. Some of the snowflakes appear to be shooting upward as well, although you know that can't be the case.

Holy crapatolla. That’s a moth, bird, or other bug flying in front of the camera as the flash fires. Seriously, what’s this supposed to be about? Are there really people that think its something other than a bug a bird out there? It makes me very sad to know we have such nitwits among us FReepers.

Some of us think it’s far worse to have such

arrogant mean-spirited,

critical-spirit driven

jerks on our UFO threads.

BTW, I met Japan’s top UFO researcher in China and spent a fair number of hours with him and his wife. Wonderful fellow.

He was quite knowledgeable about the JAL freighter with the 40+ minutes of cat and mouse games with the UFO larger than 2 aircraft carriers over Alaska.

I remember that story. I like UFO stories as much as you do. I have a great collection of books on strange phenomenon and Fortean “science”. Its great stuff to research and relate to history, but pretty damned silly to believe when there is zero evidence to back any of the claims up.

http://www.forteantimes.com has some fun and interesting stories, but there is a line between “pathological” and “interesting”.

Be well.

My PhD is in Clinical Psychology.

I suspect I know more about pathology than you do.

For all your research, it sounds like you are still

terminally ignorant about the topic.

I’ve studied it for about 45 years or more.
