New low. Why wasn't he deported instead of put in a foster home? This guy would have been eligible for citizenship under the DREAM Act. Thank heavens it didn't pass.

Why wasn't he deported instead of put in a foster home? Good question. This administration questions whether the US citizen, sheriff, or a US state should be prosecuted (or reported to the United Nations) while illegal aliens are given enhanced protection, no matter that many have been deported multiple times and have criminal records a mile long.
