On Wednesday, Arturo Lopez, 18, was convicted of abducting and raping his foster mother in Henrico County, last April. The 55-year-old victim told the jury of her pain, and how she can longer trust anyone, ending her long service as a foster mother...The jury recommended a 20-year sentence for the abduction and 10 years for the rape. Lopez will be sentenced in November.
On April 9, the woman called police to report that her foster son had just raped her at knife point. The victim was able to leave the house and call 911, after telling Lopez that she had to get to work.
Lopez had been living on the streets of Richmond for just three days, when he was placed in the foster home in 2009...
The Mexican national told detectives he simply walked across the border and took a bus to Richmnond, Va.

This article gives more information. This guy is really twisted. It also sounds like the church found this guy after being on the street a few days and placed him in care instead of alerting the authorities. The family could have been saved a lot of heart ache and trauma if the Pastor did the right thing. They knew nothing about this guy, yet the pastor placed him with someone from his congregation.
Good question. This administration questions whether the US citizen, sheriff, or a US state should be prosecuted (or reported to the United Nations) while illegal aliens are given enhanced protection, no matter that many have been deported multiple times and have criminal records a mile long.
Excuse me, Lutheran Services placed him without knowing anything about him. Although later, he told this woman he was part of a drug gang in Mexico.

We can continue asking ourselves these kind of questions, but unless the incoming congressmen are doing something about illegal aliens we will only become more frustrated and the problem remains unsolved and the new congressmen will only occupy space, and nothing else.
No apology from me will be forthcoming.
