The tidbit that’s a bit more recent is that they changed the targeting designations in the missiles. That if fired, the missiles would have gone to the new targets implanted in their systems by the UFO/ET technology ‘hack.’

raymond fowler wrote extensively about these incidents. i know him personally, he taught me astronomy. he is more sane than i.

he investigated such a penetration of a nuclear silo in the 1960’s. his report cost him his career.

these intrusions are apparently real... otherwise we have a bunch of nitwits watching our nuclear arsenal.
