SWAMPSNIPER,
Did you run these through Photoshop (like for cropping?) or upload directly to Photobucket? The composition is excellent and follows the 'Rule of Thirds' to a tee.

And the exif data seems confusing to me. On Two of them it says 'no flash used' but on the 1st two pics I can see it reflected in Missy's eyes? Was it an 'off camera' bounce flash?

btw, I have 'a few' photos from my new Nikon D3000 (all on 'dummy mode' so far) but no place to upload them to as of yet. And no Photoshop, it all seems a bit pricey for my needs (I want another D3000 Body and a camera for the wife too). So any editing I'll be doing will be through the camera or the Nikon software that came with the camera)

You might want to look into GIMP (GNU Image Manipulation Program). While it was developed on Linux, I believe that there are Windows versions available, and there may even be a "Photoshop" work-alike front-end for the Windows version (I know there is for the Linux version). Did I mention that it's free?

Oops, sorry, I meant to add this... GIMP for Windows

The flash doesn't show in the Exif because it isn't a dedicated flash. I have to set it manually. I can only use it in shutter mode at synch speed. It has a bounce head, works great if aimed right.

You've got to edit. A full size file is just too big to transmit, even if it takes no correction, and a monitor screen won't hold it. I keep a medium file in TIFF for future printing, usually 2700 X 1807 pixels. they go on a remote hard drive.

GIMP is an opens source edit program you can download free, a very capable Photoshop substitute.
