When I lived in a house with a yard, I would catch them by hand and relocate them. Would drive my ex-wife nuts. Moles were the destructive critters I could never rid the yard of.

And it's hard to find a cab to get Uptown after 3:00AM in Brooklyn.

In the 90's Connecticut had an apparent Porcupine problem and decided to reintroduce Fishers to the area to cull the population....the Porcupines are few now, along with many domestic cats and other small wildlife...Fishers are all over the place now...on killing sprees.

I know NYers are smarter than us country bumpkins....think they can parlay these 'possums into getting rid of their bedbugs?

I had a pet ‘possum as a kid. She’d just walk up behind the cat, bite its’ tail, and take possession of the dish.

“City brought possums in to take care of rats,” read Community Board 15 notes from the meeting.

They’ll have to bring in coyotes to get rid of the possums. It’s an arms race.

You may have some of those coyotes already lurking there.

Charlie Rangel might know. LOL

There is a series of YouTube vids with a woman who performs funny grooming techniques on a 'possum.
