Lindsay Lohan has failed a drug test in her criminal case ... TMZ has learned.
We're told the court-mandated drug test in question occurred last week. According to the terms of Lindsay's probation, she will get 30 days in jail for a positive drug test.

No one serious about recovery repeats the same behavior. She still has not learned.
No...NO say it isn’t so!!!!!!!!!!
Yeah, well get there! :-)
Well = we’ll
nope..that’s a ..???..guy
It’s a program of want, not need. They put her away for a year & she doesn’t want to get sober......then all they’ve done is delay it by a year. And, that’s coming from someone who just celebrated 14yrs sober.
If I were the judge...I’d grin at the girl and say “triple or nothing”...and give her four more weeks. She needs a minimum of 90 days in jail. An entire year would be preferred.
Goodness. How low is LiLo gonna go before she hits bottom?
Oh jeez, time to quit today! Have a good one!
That’s what her prison girlfriend said too...
Yeah I know, jeez = geez. Must be the new meds with a couple of beers.........
It seems for some addicts that they have to reach a bottom that is so low, it finally dawns on them that they'll die if they continue down this path, and then they have to decide that they want to live. And even then, there are no guarantees.
Having some experience in the criminal justice system, I know that sometimes that realization does come to people when they're sitting in jail (and sober) for their 3rd or 4th month, and they can think about their condition and situation and then where to go from there. I'm just not sure if Lohan is one of those kinds of people.
It seems like she thinks "it's the world against Lindsay Lohan". Until she figures out it isn't, she's not going to recover. Hopefully, she won't kill anyone else before she either kills herself, or she gets sober.
“Oh jeez, time to quit today! Have a good one!”
LOL - you to (joking...you TOO)
“Must be the new meds with a couple of beers...”
Excellent way to ease into the weekend!
Congrats on the 14 years.......
I don’t think it helps that she is surrounded by people that are not willing to say no to her.....and you are right she does not want to be sober
Here's my take. I gotta think there are more than a few FReepers out there dealing with various addictions - either their own or those of loved ones.
Gaping at the destruction of the rich, beautiful and famous is pretty much useless. But, recovery for normal people is a miracle that can really happen
I can testify
She was a lovely child, but I fear that there is not much hope that she will find her way.
Thank you. And, I couldn’t agree more with you. Those around her aren’t helping.
