This also has some interesting unintended consequences. I for one will be minimizing my credit card transactions for the simple reason I don't think it is any of their damn business. Operating on cash will reduce the amount of my spending quite a bit because it become more real when I have to pull the cash out instead of the easy credit card.

Will this reduce interstate commerce and increase local? I consider the shipping cheaper than the local tax and just another way to starve the beast. Will this reduce shipping, sell your stock in fed ex.
