An Arizona sheriff contends that President Obama is “undermining the rule of law” by blocking the border enforcement needed to prevent illegals and narco-terrorists from flooding into the United States from Mexico.
In an exclusive Newsmax.TV interview, Pinal County Sheriff Paul Babeu said the administration has actively thwarted law enforcement efforts to help secure the border.
As a consequence, Mexican drug cartels now control some parts of Arizona, says Babeu, who is president of the Arizona Sheriff’s Association.
“Every day, there are paramilitary, squad-sized elements who are out escorting drugs or human illegals with AK-47s,” he said. “And they have scouts on top of high points of terrain, hilltops, and literally for miles and miles they control movement in these areas.

Sheriff..until we hear you Deputize a Posse made up of former GIs and Guardsmen (Be smart get the right mix of guys and just back them up).
Then go out there and take back your County and Country.
We support our Peace Officers especially our Sheriffs but right now your not doing your job either.

Babeu’s county is one county removed from the border. He does not patrol the border.
While his rhetoric makes good copy, it’s very clear to those of us who have watched him in action for the past several years that he is setting himself up to run for governor or congress. That is why he injects himself into the media about the border.
Just watch.

I agree, my dream is to see Obozo escorted out of the White House in handcuffs and sentenced to life in prison, together with Holder.
However I would not want them to share the same cell. I would like to see Obozo housed with the biggest, baddest, stankest BUBBA in the prison. Holder housed with the second biggest, baddest, BUBBA. In cells close enough together so they could hear each others screams every night.

His county is INFESTED with illegals and drug runners. Murder and kidnapping abound. This is 70 miles INSIDE the USA. What the hell is he supposed to do...play golf or vacation like Obama?
There was a female democrat analyst on fox news just a few weeks after the coronation of Barry that said exactly that.
Lawlessness, trespassing, etc. along the border is no different than same in other parts of the state. Use law enforcement from all sectors of the state to wipe out those illegals in the midst of their illegal acts. That’s not enforcing immigration laws, that’s enforcing other laws.
While I agree with the sheriff pointing out the Kenyan regime unconstitutional behavior, AZ (and NM and TX for that matter) are not prohibited from enforcing state laws prohibiting criminal activity. So why not get with it?
If Gov. Goodhair allowed that in TX, we’d send him on another rabid coyote hunt without his puny .380 and chihuaha.
