I always thought that was a stupid phrase.
The Texas Republicans who were familiar with Bush and Rove going way back were never in love with the Bush globalist agenda.
Speaking of assumptions, what about the validity of assuming something about the “Bush globalist agenda” (whatever that is today) because of Rove’s, ahem, less-than-enthusiastic endorsement of O’Donnell?
