Speaking of assumptions, what about the validity of assuming something about the “Bush globalist agenda” (whatever that is today) because of Rove’s, ahem, less-than-enthusiastic endorsement of O’Donnell?

"Globalist agenda" is boilerplate, like "controlled demolition" or "transnational highway" or whatever conspiracist meme is racking up hits.

Is it just possible that Rove was expressing his own opinion, without any conspiratorial spin? That a veteran campaign operative is observing the scene and calling it like he sees it?

Or that his words should be taken seriously, rather than just dismissing him as a "bastard" and a "turd"?
