Some of us guys would call that "talent"!
I think there is a n00b requirement of "moderated posts".
Depending upon Mod workload it can be minutes.. to hours.
This is just an assumption of course.
Whichever Mod is on duty will review the posts and release them.
This can amusingly lead to a number of posts being released with the same time stamp.
I assume.

First step toward advancing past NOOB is to ASK about the rules. Congratulations.
There are the POSTING RULES on the HOME PAGE. I assume you've seen those.
Etiquette for FR is as follows:
-The Golden Rule. Works in the Bible, works here.
-You get further by asking questions than by insisting only you know the answers.
-Grow a 'thick skin'. I.E. let the negative comments roll of your back, like water off a duck.
-Read the entire linked article before posting. (never mind. I forgot. We voted that rule down at the last meeting)
