News Desk: Breaking News! In a condemnable incident, an unidentified low-profile man ripped pages out of a Quran and burnt them outside the proposed Community Center and Mosque near Ground Zero.
Even though Pastor of the Florida Church Terry Jones cancelled his plan to burn the Quran due to international pressure and criticism, the unidentified zealot did not bother and set the Quran pages on fire.
"If they can burn American flags, I can burn the Quran. Americans should never be afraid to give their opinion", he said. The news was first reported by the New York Daily News. Even the Americans termed the act of burning Quran as 'ugly' and 'condemnable'.
In another incident near Nashville, Tennessee, evangelical Pastor Bob Old and another man burnt at least two copies of the Quran, drawing criticism and rebuke from other people.
The call of 'Burn A Quran' was first made by Terry Jones, the Pastor of Dove World Outreach Centre church in Gainesville, Florida. He later cancelled his plan.

It turns out this is a different guy from the one I saw reported. Mine was thin, brown hair, young male with thin mustache and thin goatee, holding up a paperback with KORAN on the cover, pulling pages from it. Was identified as a "Christian and local Tea-Party leader."

Well, Im sorry, but we cannot let our Freedoms be held hostage by the violence of savages.
Agreed.
Incidentally, Ghandi was recently added to Verizon's free classic movies on-demand list. I watched about the first hour.
I turned it off when he posited that violence is always wrong, even to secure your own freedom.
No thanks.
