Whatever happened to those big whopping hobbit threads on FreeRepublic?

Seems like they had like 18-20,000 posts.

I could never figure out what the heck it was all about.

Whatever happened to those big whopping hobbit threads on FreeRepublic?

They're still going on. We're on Thread 38, but they're just not as large these days. We might get more talkative when the movie, The Hobbit is released.
