A plane just crashed near SFO in San Bruno, CA. Prayers to all affected.
OK, the plane was actually hit by the asteroid! ;)
Yes, heartbreaking.
God hears our prayers.
Irksville fer sure.
Gas valves are being shut off now and gas is not fueling the fire. Fire was at Sneath Lane at Skyline. Westerly winds are pushing it toward the more populated part of San Bruno. Luckily it’s been a cool and rather damp summer. Fire is consuming the houses which are only 20 ft. apart.

“Fire crews battling huge fire in San Bruno”
Thursday, September 09, 2010
SNIPPET: “SAN BRUNO, Calif. (KFSN) — Mulitple homes are on fire after a large explosion in the area near highways 280 and 380, Skyline Boulevard and Sneath Lane in San Bruno.
A large fireball up to 50 feet in the air continues to burn out of control in the Crestmoor Two area.”
SNIPPET: “At least 5,000 PG&E customers are without power.
Nearby Mills Peninsula Hospital is reportedly swamped with patients.
SFO has told pilots to switch to instruments due to poor visability.”
Hey speaking of Birds (the movie) the gal who was the star is coming up here to the Oregon Coast to a veiwing at one of the old theatres up here.
I would go but no WC access.
That movie gave me nightmares for decades.
Would be fun to meet the actress.
The person I talked to said they feel the same way. Seems like a compaint in the news room also.
That means there is some dip news director that thinks he knows best. Should be fired for such stupidity or take a job at FOX where they take up half the screen with graphics instead of just a third of the screen like SKY7.
CA Emerg Management saying they are still perplexed as to the cause of the explosion?
Telling people to evacuate even if they haven’t been officially told to.
Prayers for the families.
Figuring out the root cause of disasters is a difficult engineering problem. Lots of the evidence is often completely destroyed. It will take a long time and involve a lot of failure analysis experts. There will obviously be lots of law suits that will take years to resolve. Both sides will hire their own experts to dispute the other side’s experts.
Yes.
Can’t remember, the impact shockwave killed my memory.
Hong Kong TV now giving it extensive news coverage.
Talking in Chinese of course but the pictures are in English.
In real aircraft crashes, people will report the aircraft was on fire before it crashed, even when it wasn't.
Has to do with the brain fabricating a cause for an unusual event.
Example #eleventy-billion of the unreliabilty of eyewitnesses.

SAN BRUNO, Calif. —
SNIPPET: “Sources told KTVU that the blaze was being fueled by a 16-inch to 24-inch natural gas pipeline that has broken and is fueling the flames.”
Go to hell!!!
lol.. Planes suck dude.
There are valid reasons at times to think this way; but people need to retain their critical thinking skills.
