A bit of sour cream and topped with my “dry” salsa:
4 serrano peppers, chopped fine
1 lime, sectioned and diced
1/2 teaspoon lime-rind
1/2 cup chopped cilantro leaves
1/2 cup chopped flat leaf parsley (optional, moderates the pungency of the cilantro)
